Dimitris Kogias - Director

Dimitris has over 15 years' experience in enterprise and mobile software. From 1994 to 2003, at Reuters Plc and TIBCO Inc, he worked on networked middleware, EAI and composite application/SOA systems, in roles spanning pre-sales engineering, front-line customer consulting and strategic product design and development. Before co-founding Pragmaticomm he worked on web services at Amazon.com Inc. He holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Data Communications, Networks and Distributed Systems, both from University College London.

John Pagonis - Director

John has been working for 12 years in the mobile telecoms industry at Ericsson, Symbian Ltd and Pragmaticomm, engineering the software that powers modern advanced mobile phones. In the domain of mobile phones John's experience ranges from communication protocols and infrastructure, security, location based services, operating systems and middleware design, to software engineering methodologies, developer consulting, team coaching and organisational improvements. John was also a visiting lecturer at City University in London. He holds an MSc(Hons) in Computer and Information Networks and a BEng(Hons) in Computer and Networks, both from the university of Essex Electronics Systems Engineering department. Dimitris Papanikolaou - Director

Dimitris has worked for more than 10 years as embedded electronics and mobile systems engineer designing hardware and software for control and communications systems as well as mobile phone software. Dimitris has a multi-discipline background ranging from mobile phone software development, to image processing and low level operating system hardware interfacing. While at Xerox Europe Ltd he was appointed as the UK envoy to the US R&D labs of Xerox, working on ASIC interfacing and real time operating systems. He has an extensive all around experience with a wide range of microcontroller architectures and telemetry systems for GSM networks. Dimitris holds a BEng in Electronic Systems Engineering (Computers and Communications) and an MSc(Dist) in Telecommunications and Information Systems, both from the university of Essex.

Lucas Maneos

Lucas has worked professionally for more than 20 years as IT systems administrator, security consultant and designer and implementor of mission critical computing infrastructure. His computer communications experience varies from programming networking systems, to security penetration testing, administration, capacity planning, deployment and disaster recovery. For the past twelve years Lucas has been working as an independent consultant while also funding and running two start-up companies, including Pragmaticomm Limited and Phaia Limited. Lucas holds a BSc in Computer Information Systems and an MSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence), from the University of Essex.
